Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of your treating physician based on clinical evaluation. Not all patients will qualify for every treatment. Medications are dispensed by licensed pharmacies and shipped directly to you.
Payment is due at the time of service. Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.
Valora Health and its providers are not liable for outcomes that result from failure to follow prescribed treatment plans, provide accurate health information, or seek emergency care when appropriate.
